Denise Theobald My portfolio contains a multi-faceted collection of oil paintings (landscapes, people, animals,), charcoal portraits (ie: the Beatles, John Wayne, JFK), pencil/pastel illustrations for children's books, and from my Christmas card collection. I retired this year after a 30 year rewarding career as an elementary teacher. Over the years I have worked overtime while teaching to be a published author/illustrator and freelance artist in different mediums. Much of my artwork is by commission but I love the opportunities to share and sell my creations on Fine Art America, and at artisan-belle.com. I am relishing my days now that I have the time and opportunities to create and have others enjoy my artwork!
